There’s a fabulous contest going on right now! One of my favorite bloggers, Jodi over at MCP Actions is teaming up with my favorite lab, Color Inc. and is offering a free Gallery Wrap Canvas for 3 winners and 2 runner-ups. Woot woot! The judges are the CEO and staff and Color Inc. and also Jodi. They are looking for images that would look best blown up on canvas. Top 10 from them will be posted for judging by readers of MCP Actions! How fun, right?
I might be biased a little bit (okay, okay a LOT) but I think this little number would look awesome. Yes, my mommy googles are heavy on this image but one has to try right?

At 100% so y’all can see it’ll look good…

First, sorry I haven’t been blogging. We have family visiting, went to NYC and thing are kinda hectic here. I’ll post my pictures from NYC soon! It was SOO cold there!!
So, last night E & I were taking a shower. He slipping and hit his head pretty good on the side of the tub. We weren’t sure at first where all the blood was coming from so we called 911. When they got here, we discovered it was from under his chin. He has a pretty good gash that I thought for sure would require quite a few stitches but the ER decided to forgo all that hassle and hysterics and just glued him up. He’s one tough little cookie and just cried right after it happened and a minute or so after the glue set it . I felt bad, he kept saying ‘all done hurt, mamas’ but there wasn’t much I could do but comfort him. I’m just glad it wasn’t worse and he’s back to his normal self.
Roo was putting all his ‘dacies’ ( dinos - he used to say dinos and then when he learned horsie he started calling his dinos ‘dacies’ ) to sleep so I told him to lay down and this is what he did. He laid there for a good 3 minutes too!
I love all the elements in this photo - it’s soft and tender but also has some roughness and texture to it, just like the his transition from babyhood to toddlerhood.
